My journey is ever evolving. Just like most things today everything is changing all the time. I've been watching a friend of mine with this and I reached out to her and decided to try some of the vitamins she kept talking about. This chick rocks. She's got 3 small kids and she's just doing it all and as I'm watching her I'm looking at my almost grown kids and remembering the craziness of when they were that little and I catch myself thinking... if i had her energy when mine were that little but, then I remembered... around the time my now 13 was 2 I did. I did have that energy but, at that time I was taking good care of myself. Watching her I see she is too.
She's taking these Q Science products and she's seeing her skin return to 'pre-kid' suppleness, she's seeing her hair grow back too. Have you had kids?? Being pregnant does a number on your body. I used to joke that my little peanuts sucked my brain right out of my uterus because during pregnancy I was terrible about forgetting stuff in the middle of doing it. It was NUTS I tell ya. But, seriously after pregnancy the hormones, the depression, the things you don't expect to have happen when you've got this beautiful little creature that you grew in your body laying with you. Yeah. Your hair breaks off, your nails rip and the slightest tug, your skin is pale, dry, and ewww. Your muscles are shot. Your body aches. Everything moves out of place when you carry a child and afterwards it all has to move back. Everything stinks for a LONG TIME. And you are EXHAUSTED. Straight up no holes barred, your a mom now, that baby depends on you for EVERYTHING 24/7 and you have to work, you have to provide, you have to run errands, you have to take care of the home, everything has to be done and you're the person doing it.
Watching her I realized that my kids may be almost grown but I'm not that different from her. I'm running myself to death all the time in a different way. My body is dealing with some of those same things because I don't treat it right or take care of it like I'm supposed to.
So I took the plunge. I tried what she was using. I started with a basic 'starter' pack. Q Core and Vitalize for women. I did it wrong and paid a lot more than I should have. You can set up a retail account or a preferred customer account I should've gone the preferred route. It would've saved me a ton. Anyways... This is what I suggest to start with.
Try it. Give it 2 weeks to notice a change. Your body will go through a sort of healing process. The first week you'll start to notice your sleeping better. The second week you'll notice you feel better. By week 3 you have more energy. If you're luckier than I was you might just notice all of those in the first few days.
